Overview

This project is an entry to the new Corn Creek Visitor Center, the largest National Wildlife Refuge in the continental United States. It has a LEED Platinum designation.

Goals

Pauite basketry informed the design in LithoMosaic, with a large Lithocrete river leading the visitors to it. It's featured the World of Concrete issue, cover, and center of Concrete Decor Magazine.

Process

We were contacted by the LithoMosaic Licensee, Chief Concrete in Las Vegas, to make the ground plane plans into art.

Additional Info

In this area, temperatures range from freezing to baking - with a hefty wind thrown in for good measure! LithoMosaic was the perfect means to achieve the required ends.
